About Me
Meet Alice
Hi, I’m Alice, some like to call me Alice Applewood, it does have a ring to it doesn’t it?
Applewood Entertainment started in 2016 to bring the sounds of decades gone by to local Care Homes and Events. Since then I have been honoured to bring not just music but joy, love, laughter, occasionally tears, and memories, so many memories.
Ever since I can remember I have always had a passion for entertaining people and my love of all things theatrical led me to attend drama school where l gained my BA Hons in Musical Theatre and much of the musical knowledge I still carry with me today. This inspired my Musical Theatre show which has been and continues to be my most popular show.
As well as performing professionally in the industry I worked in various roles in a Nursing Home for the best part of 10 Years. This is what led me to start performing in Residential and Nursing homes around the country. This knowledge of the care setting allows me to connect with my audience in a unique way.
Today Applewood Entertainment focuses on promoting wellbeing through song and dance and this year there will be a few new updates which I very much look forward to announcing later in the year. Watch This Space!
